| Address Information |
Completing order forms correctly and accurately is crucial. If an element is missing, order requests cannot be processed. If we are given inaccurate information, including incorrect mailing address, we do not accept any responsibility for a failure of the order to arrive. When placing an E-Chocolate order, you must give us accurate information of the recipient to ensure correct product delivery. |

| Extreme Weather |
Because of the delicate nature of our product, extremely hot weather may translate into a slight delay in the order dispatch. Extreme cold weather could delay the mail courier, thus delaying the order as well. We reserve the right to delay in case of extreme weather conditions. |

| Lost Package |
Soufflon does not assume responsibility for lost orders. In the event that an order is lost en route, please email customer service at Info@soufflon.com. Depending on the shipping method we will file a claim with the appropriate mail courier. We may be required to wait for the claim to be processed to send replacement items, which can take up approx. 2 weeks. |

| Allergy Alert |

Please be aware that NONE of our products are suitable for people suffering from nut allergies. Most Belgian chocolates either contain nuts as a major ingredient or may contain traces of nut because they were made in a factory that uses nuts. |

| Stock & Packing Policy |
In the unlikely event that our chocolates or packaging are out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute a chocolate or gift wrapping for one of similar or higher quality, so that your order is not delayed. |
